For more than 30 years Mark Youso, our President has been slowly building our real estate holdings. Currently we are only managing our owned residential & commercial properties in the Portland Oregon area and approximately 50 units in Seaside Oregon.

In addition to holding our properties as rental units, we also restore properties for resale. Generally we always have real estate "For Sale" and always looking to buy properties.

Our founder Mark has always aimed to provide Safe, Clean, Quiet and Affordable residential properties. Mark will never rent a unit that he wouldn't live in himself, at one point in his life.
